Seasons Greetings to all of our patients and friends!  We are so grateful for your continued support of our company and our team.

2023 was an amazing year! We celebrated 8 years in business and that 1295 patients have trusted us with their care and are now able to accomplish their goals to enjoy their lives.  We added four new therapists to our Crystal Lake clinics, and donated almost $10,000 to charities. Our four races supported eight local charities, and we hosted over 1,250 athletes collectively at these events.  Twelve specialty classes were added this year with a focus on patients with balance and concussion disorders as well as the youth running population. We are so happy to be part of our surrounding communities and proud to give back to the people and charities that support us. Over 65% of our new patients come from word of mouth, and that is our proudest statistic.  That means that you recognize the value of physical therapy and are willing to share your success stories with family and friends.

We have hired two new physical therapists for our downtown Crystal Lake clinic that will be joining the team in January of 2024!  There is a hiring shortage in our industry currently and so we are blessed to find this new talent.  They will help us grow our Parkinson’s program and running programs specifically, and we hope to soon add an ACL injury prevention program, too. One is also a certified dry needling specialist, so we are excited to be able to offer that service again. We will continue to interview to bring on new talent as we hope to also grow our pelvic health program - with a special focus on pre-and postnatal care.  One of my personal goals is to grow a strengthening program for ladies over the age of 14 as some of the newest research is highlighting the overall benefits of lifting for women.

Our aquatic program has grown over the past year thanks to the talented team at 269 Liberty Rd in Crystal Lake.  We are looking to expand and add some group classes.  We now have a “punch pass” system in place for patients looking to use the pool on their own.  Let us know if you want more details on that.

The St. Charles clinic is booming at our new location within the St. Charles Park District SportsPlex building.  We are lucky to partner with the Park District as well as Kale Training to create an open and fun environment. The dance and running programs have grown quickly because of everyone’s hard work and dedication!

Thank you again for your friendship and time.  We wish all of you a happy holiday season and an active 2024!

Sincerely,

Denise Smith
