Incontinence is the inability to control bowel and bladder function with around 25 million adults being affected by this. A study showed that 26% of women between 18-59 exhibit involuntary leakage and 20% of women over 40 years old have an overactive bladder. These are treatable conditions but each case is specific and needs proper evaluation.

We utilize a variety of internal and external manual interventions, pelvic floor retraining, breathing techniques, and education on healthy fluid intake, dietary changes, bladder irritants, and lifestyle modifications. We really take a whole body approach and tie in any other dysfunction we may notice including the hip, lumbar, and thoracic spine.
