Rapid Reboot Now Available!

Rapid Reboot recovery technology is now available at Smith Physical Therapy + Running Academy!

Who: Any athlete, at any level, in any sport

What: Rapid Reboot - athlete-oriented, dynamic, pneumatic (air) compression boots

Where: Smith Physical Therapy + Running Academy

When: Appointments available Monday - Friday

Why: Reduce the time it takes you to recover and get back to training! Rapid Reboot compression technology speeds up your body's natural
healing processes by enhancing blood flow to your muscles, alleviating stiffness and soreness, decreasing chances of swelling, and increasing joint
mobility and flexibility.

How: The four pressurized compartments in the boots inflate either intermittently or at a constant pace, squeezing your legs, mobilizing
fluids, and speeding up your body’s natural process of filtering lactic acid, metabolites, and other debris that build up after exercise-induced trauma
out of your blood.

Additional Details: 30-minute treatment sessions are available by appointment only. Session cost is $20.00 per visit. Purchase a five-session
punch card and receive your sixth session free!

To Schedule: Call 815.893.9075

Not sure it's for you? The Rapid Reboots will be joining Smith Physical Therapy + Running Academy at several upcoming events so stop by and try them free!

- August 6: Crystal Lake Aquathon

- August 16: Compression Night at The Running Depot - 7:15pm

- September 10: Crystal Lake Half Marathon

- October 7: Highlander Assault
