Start 2021 with a RESET.  If you are continuing your workout journey, restarting it after a crazy 2020, or starting on a new adventure, this program is right for you! Join your guides (a registered/licensed dietitian nutritionist, two licensed physical therapists, and a certified personal trainer), as well as people from across the country to reset your nutrition and the role of exercise in your life.

This event kicks off on Sunday, January 3rd at 4:00pm with a virtual event to meet your accountability partners and guides.  This one-hour meeting will be recorded for those that are unable to attend. Important information regarding your nutrition and workout plans will be given and goals of all participants will be reviewed.

Each week, participants will receive a meal/nutrition plan, full of shopping lists, recipes, and nutritional information.  You will also be given daily workout challenges to help you learn how to use simple equipment in your home to train your body.  Your reset guides will make sure you have all of the knowledge to start obtaining your goals.  You will also be a part of a private Facebook group where you can communicate with your other accountability partners and ask questions of your team.  The group will also be updated with fun workout tips, nutritional nuggets, and other important information.

We have the WHY and HOW ready for you ... you just need to sign up!
